You Have 72 Hours to Request a Return
If something’s not right with your order, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. For example, if your parcel arrives on June 4th, you have until June 7th to reach out and initiate a return.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and make sure you’re happy with your experience — even if you simply no longer need the item.
How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
The item is unused and unworn.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories are still intact.
The item is in the same condition you received it.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return standards. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you directly to discuss the next steps.

Refunds Made Simple
Once your return passes our quality check, your refund will be processed promptly. Depending on your selected refund method, here’s how long it may take:

Bank Deposit – Within 7–12 business days after the quality check.
Credit Card Reversal – Within 1–3 business days after the quality check.
